2013 Application Form – Subject to Approval

    • I hereby request an application for the following:

    1. - Driving Range
    2. - Short Game Area
    3. - Putting Green
    4. - Free 5 for 5 When Available
    5. - Four (4) 9 Hole Rounds of Golf
    6. - Two (2) 18 Hole Rounds of Golf
    7. - Cart Fees Apply
    1. Seniors (60+) 10% discount from above
    2. ( * ) Three (3) holidays excluded – Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day
    3. ( ** ) Child - up to age 16 living with parent
    4. ( *** ) Valid after 11:00 AM on Weekdays and 12:00 PM on Weekends and Holidays
    5. Passholder Golf Cart rentals: 18 holes --- $10.00, or afternoon - $5.00, when daily fees are reduced.
    6. 2013 – All Memberships include range privileges prior to each round
    7. GOLFNET handicap system used
    8. Includes 10% off of Golf Shop merchandise.
    9. Seven Day Memberships receive 6 free guest passes and weekday memberships receive 3 free guest passes.
    Returning adult single 2012 Passholders may deduct $100.00 (couples $150.00) if submitted by December 31, 2012. Payment in full must be received prior to approval, with the proof of residency (if applicable). Make checks payable to "CALN TOWNSHIP" and sent to the Ingleside Golf Club, ATTN: Ingleside Golf Applications, 104 Horseshoe Drive, Thorndale, PA, 19372. All applications must be approved by the Recreation Golf Committee.

    Outings will occasionally cause the course to close. Golf course maintenance may require temporary greens, tees or holes. Ingleside Golf Club reserves the right to make changes and amendments to any Pass Packages above.
